CONSTITUTION

PREAMBLE

We at, 3/145a Wentworth Road Strathfield, agree to live in a friendly household aimed at maintaining peace and harmony amongst family members. We will strive to understand each other’s needs and aim to support each other during difficult times. We will respect each other’s need for privacy and uphold the individual’s right to freedom. The household will ultimately be based on the notion of the ‘family’ whilst not forgetting the fact that we are also friends who aim to better each other’s lives. In order to maintain these aims we will agree to the following articles listed below.

ARTICLE 1 (RENT)

· A sum of $200 will be paid as a deposit

· All rental payments will be the sum of $110 (paid every fortnight)

· All rental payments will be made on time (every Saturday)

ARTICLE 2 (MAINTENANCE COSTS)

· All electricity costs will be shared and paid by the due date (since its shared let’s try to keep the costs down)

· All gas bills will be shared and paid by the due date (since its shared again let’s try to keep it down as much as possible)

· Water usage and phone bills will be paid by Thomas Moon

ARTICLE 3 (SHOPPING)

· All shopping will be done every Sunday (anytime on Sunday)

· All shopping costs will be shared equally

· Individual shopping (condoms, shaving cream, etc….) will be done in your own fucking time!

ARTICLE 4 (VISITORS)

· All visitors will be welcome in our home

· If the visitor is female we must make sure that she has friends so that they can come with her the next time.

· If the visitor is female get her to cook for us

· If the visitor is male send him home as fast as possible

· Please ensure that your sexual encounters remain quiet at all times (I realise that this may be a problem for some but try anyway).

ARTICLE 5 (MASTURBATION)

· Let’s try to keep it to a minimum.

ARTICLE 6 (KITCHEN USAGE)

· Let’s try to keep the kitchen clean as insects and/or roaches may come in.

· Ensure that all the dishes are done (washed) after usage.

· If possible, let’s try to put the dry dishes back in the cupboards.

ARTICLE 7 (TOILETS)

· Let’s try to keep the toilets clean and smelling nice….

ARTICLE 7 (LAUNDRY)

· Use your own laundry powder. The washing machine is open for use anytime.

· Please make sure that the drier is not used…..

ARTICLE 9 (JACKIE)

· Let’s be nice to Jackie. She may be a nuisance at times but she means no harm. Just remember she is a part of our family too.
